Leveling Agent H-850

H-850 is a leveling agent which commonly use in waterborne, solvent-based and UV coatings. It has a very good compatibility and high slip, especially for varnish.By reducing the strong surface tension,it can achieve effective wetting of the substrate that are difficult to wet. Promote the film's flow and leveling,eliminate cellulite and volcanic hole, effectively prevent shrinkage, improve alignment matte matte powder coating, reducing uneven gloss smear phenomenon. Improve adhesion and scratch resistance, but has no effect on re-painted. Improve film touch.

For a variety of coating systems, such as solvent-based and water-based coatings, industrial coatings, automotive coatings, printing ink, diluted before use with solvent or water.

Is added at any stage of production, preferably in the letdown stage.

USES AND APPLICATION

Application Examples:

Solvent woodware coatings: Recommended dosage of 0.03 to 0.2% of total formulation

Solvent-based and water-based industrial coatings:Recommended dosage of 0.05 to 0.3% of total formulation.

Automotive paint: Recommended dosage of 0.03 to 0.2% of total formulation

UV curing: Recommended dosage of 0.05 to 1% of total formulation

Usage:

Can be original or pre-dilution was added to re-join

Pre-diluted with the recommended solvent simplifies the process of adding and mixing

Recommended pre-diluted with a solvent will facilitate the addition and mixing.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

After sealing packaging products stored in a cool, dry place,H-850(Unbroken package) has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture. After the expiration date,we can retest it,and if it meets the requirement,we can still use it.H-850 is transported as non-hazardous chemicals.

PACKAGING

H-850 is available in 200 kg/1000 kg plastic drum.
