Methylhydrosiloxane-Dimethylsiloxane Copolymer

Methylhydrosiloxane-Dimethylsiloxane Copolymer can,at low temperatures under the catalytic effect of metal salts catalysts, form a waterproof film on the surface of various substrates through cross-linking. It can be used as a water repellent, anti-sticking agent or anti-corrosion agent for fabric, glass, ceramic, paper, leather, metal, cement, marble and other materials.Shared with methyl hydroxyl silicone oil emulsion, it can be waterproof while maintaining the breathability of fabric, improve the tear strength, friction strength and antifouling properties of fabrics, and improve the feel and stitching performance of fabric.Besides that,Methylhydrosiloxane-Dimethylsiloxane Copolymer can be as a kind of paper agent of anti-stick release and cross-linking.Hydro-silicone oil contains highly active Si-H bonds and is the basic raw material for the synthesis of modified silicone oil, such as polyether-modified silicone oil and alkyl-modified silicone oil.

USES AND APPLICATION

It can be as a cross-linking agent for addition-type silicone rubber,and be used for hydrophobic treating of materials.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

After sealing packaging products stored in a cool,dry place,Methylhydrosiloxane-Dimethylsiloxane Copolymer (Unbroken package）has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture. After the expiration date,we can retest it,and if it meets the requirement,we can still use it.Methylhydrosiloxane-Dimethylsiloxane Copolymer is transported as a non-hazardous chemical.
