USES AND APPLICATIONHydride terminated polydimethylsiloxane is not only the basic raw material for synthesizing SRS modified silicone oil such as polyether-modified silicone oil, alkyl-modified silicone oil,but also a kind of cross-linking agent for addition-type silicone rubber.It is the basic intermediate raw material for hydrosilylation reaction and is often used to manufacture various end-group reactive linear modified silicone oils. It is a key intermediate for block copolymerization reaction. The product can be as a chain extender for addition type liquid silicone rubber and cross-linking agent for addition type thermally vulcanized silicone rubber, which can improve the product's elongation at break, increase toughness, and reduce hardness.The starting material of organic polymer modified materials, often used in modification reactions of plastic resins, etc.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

After sealing packaging products stored in a cool, dry place,

Hydride terminated polydimethylsiloxane (Unbroken package) has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacture. After the expiration date,we can retest it,and if it meets the requirement,we can still use it.Hydride terminated polydimethylsiloxane is transported as a non-hazardous chemical.

Hydride terminated polydimethylsiloxane is available in 200 kg/1000 kg plastic drum.
