PROPERTIES

BE emulsion contains a stabilized mixture of silanes and siloxanes that are susceptible to

hydrolysis. BE emulsion reduces the absorption of the building which it has penetrated, but does not clog pores or capillaries of buliding. So there is no “breath” obstacle in building materials.

USES AND APPLICATION

BE emulsion waterproof agent is an excellent water repellent for many absorbent mineral substrates, such as bricks, sand-lime brick, natural sandstone and mineral plasters. It is not very suitable for strong absorbent and dense natural stone, especially bridges and rodes which made by limestone, marble and reinforced concrete.Owing to its aqueous consistency and storage stability when diluted, BE emulsion is ideal for inplant impregnation of building materials made of clay, aerated concrete, sand-lime brick, fibrous cement, mineral fibers and lightweight aggregate.

BE emulsion may also serve as a water-repellent primer for emulsion paints and plasters, silicone resin emulsion paints and silicone resin plasters.

PROCESSING

Tap water is suitable for preparing solutions of BE emulsion for use as facade water repellent

primer. We recommend an active substance content of 5-10% (dilute the product in the ratio 1:5 to 1:11), the exact figure depending on how absorbent the substrate is.

PRECAUTIONS

1．Wear protective equipment when operating, if accidentally into the eyes, immediately rinse with water

2．Do contact tests for other materials that can be contacted during construction,comfirm whether there are adverse effects or not

3．Before large-scale construction, a local test should be done first to confirm the effect and the best dosage

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

After sealing packaging products stored in a cool, dry place,BE-202d(Unbroken package) has a shelf life of 6 months from date of manufacture. After the expiration date,we can retest it,and if it meets the requirement,we can still use it.BE-202d is transported as non-hazardous chemicals.

PACKAGING

BE-202d is available in 200 kg/1000 kg plastic drum.
