Solvent-based ceramic antifouling formulations:

S-12 Hardener:0.2

Formulate  : Added TM-10 silicone resin,DH - 40 polysiloxane,550#coupling agent and S-12 hardener into 120#solvent oil, mixing evenly.Applying the prepared anti-fouling on the polished tile,we can do the polishing test after 48 hours.

PRECAUTIONS

1．Wear protective equipment when operating, if accidentally into the eyes, immediately rinse with water

2．Do contact tests for other materials that can be contacted during construction,comfirm whether there are adverse effects or not

3．Before large-scale construction, a local test should be done first to confirm the effect and the best dosage

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

After sealing packaging products stored in a cool, dry place,TM-10(Unbroken package) has a shelf life of 6 months from date of manufacture. After the expiration date,we can retest it,and if it meets the requirement,we can still use it.TM-10 is transported as non-hazardous chemicals.

PACKAGING

TM-10 is available in 200 kg/1000 kg plastic drum.
